		<description>I got the same awesome customer service. The 2-piece keys to the old lock were poor quality, and they all broke eventually. Kryptonite sent me a new orange lock (don&#039;t you think the orange ones look really, really good compared to the black or grey ones?).

The new keys are solid one-piece keys and they&#039;re stronger than the old ones. I just hope the new locks are much much more difficult to pick!</description>
